New Rules!
Technology was much more advance then present day. The t.v monitors were basically camera's from both ends, something like how we can face time and video chat with our phone but it's through a t/v screen.
Final Reflection: When first stepping into class and my teacher was so stern with me I immediately turned on my defensive mood. I did not appreciate the coldness she was giving me early in the morning for no reason, I thought. 1984; Through the eyes of 1984
"It is impossible to change history. You can not change the past" The past means time before what is called present. So therefore we can only only affect our past by living present. History is set in stone and all we can do is learn from it, wheither its your own or someone else's. We can use history as a way of avoiding the same problems or doing things differently for a different outcome.

Mindset Reflection
Summary Of Chapter 2
In Chapter 2 the author is comparing a fixed mindset and a growth mindset. She explains what exactly qualifies of having the two kinds of mindset. Mindsets are just a person personal belief on how they view the world and how they should carry on in regards to learning. The world is divided into two type of people; learners and non-leaners. With a fixed mindset a person is concerned with mistakes and failures. "Fixed" traits is about ones success and being able to prove their smart and talented, basically validating themselves. Where as a growth mindset person has continuous changing qualities, you stretch your to learn new things. To test someone's way of thinking just ask "What would be more rewarding, success in your comfort zone and validation or taking on challenges that stimulate you mind and pushes you to become better?"

Quick Write: I don't think as of today we are truly equal with the rights of men and woman. However, I believe we will get there it is difiantly a process but us women today are equiped to stand up and level the plain feild between the two genders.
Final reflection: During 2081 their mindset is a fixed mindset because their stay with what work for everyone. Their saying no one is truly equal and how in order to make equality stand true you have you dumb people down. Harrison is very intelligent and is a threat to their society so allowing one man to have that muchintelligence with everyone being handicap is their disadvantage.
